Pedro A. Barceló

Pedro has represented corporate and commercial clients for nearly 15 years, primarily focusing on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, debt and equity financing and general corporate matters. He has served as counsel to large and middle market private acquirers and target companies in a variety of US and cross-border acquisition and disposition transactions, complex commercial transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and other corporate transactions. Pedro has broad experience counseling clients in a variety of industries, business services, energy, transportation, life sciences and non-profit organizations.
